The complete legal agreement governing your use of the 42vip platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the 42vip Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 42vip Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Your continued use of the 42vip Platform after any amendment to these Terms is made publicly available constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 42vip recommends reviewing these Terms periodically.

Use of the 42vip Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. 42vip performs age verification during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and at the time of each Wager. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons under guardianship or legal incapacity are not eligible.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a third-party exclusion order under PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory regime.
• One account only: You must not already hold an active or suspended 42vip Account. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• Not an employee: You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of 42vip or any of its affiliated game providers in a role that provides access to non-public game or system information.

4.1 Registration

To place Wagers on the 42vip Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You warrant that all information provided is true at the time of registration and undertake to update your details promptly if they change.

4.2 KYC Verification

42vip is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents when requested. 42vip may restrict deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay functions pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 42vip will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 42vip support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.

4.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is entitled to one Account only. 42vip uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. All Accounts belonging to the same Player beyond the first will be suspended, associated Balances may be forfeited, and the Player may be permanently excluded from the Platform.

4.5 Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting 42vip support. Pending withdrawal requests and any outstanding verification requirements must be resolved before closure is finalised. Closure does not affect any obligation that has already accrued under these Terms.

5.1 Currency

All transactions on the 42vip Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency is accepted. 42vip does not apply currency conversion charges on PHP transactions.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

42vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter. Available methods may change at 42vip's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

5.3 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method. The current minimum deposit is ₱100 across most payment channels. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer methods may take 15–60 minutes depending on the payment network.

5.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, consistent with AML requirements to prevent money laundering through the withdrawal channel. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day. Players at Silver VIP tier and above may be eligible for priority processing. 42vip reserves the right to request supporting KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Transaction Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all payment details entered when making deposits or withdrawal requests. 42vip is not liable for losses arising from incorrect account numbers, mobile numbers, or bank details provided by you.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game on the 42vip Platform is governed by specific rules displayed within the relevant game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to that game's mechanics, while these Terms govern all account, financial, and conduct matters.

6.2 Bets Are Final

Once a Wager is confirmed by the 42vip system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except as expressly provided under these Terms or applicable law. Technical malfunctions that prevent a Wager from being placed correctly will result in the Wager being voided and any staked amount returned to your Balance.

6.3 RNG Certification

All non-live game outcomes on 42vip are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Live dealer game outcomes are conducted by certified live dealers using physical equipment in certified studios. 42vip does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

6.4 Payout Errors

In the event of a manifest error in the calculation of a payout — including but not limited to software errors, data feed failures, or human error in live dealer games — 42vip reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return staked amounts. 42vip will communicate any such voiding to affected Players promptly.

6.5 Sports and Live Betting

Sports betting markets and live in-play markets are subject to additional specific rules regarding settlement timelines, void conditions, and postponement policies, accessible within the Sports section of the Platform. PBA, NBA, UFC, football, boxing, and all other event outcomes are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body or recognised statistical provider.

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 42vip are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions, and expiry periods stated at the time of each offer. These specific conditions form part of these Terms when accepted.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable bonus terms before any portion may be withdrawn as real money. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds being forfeited.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

42vip actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures; and claiming bonuses using payment methods not in your name. Detected abuse results in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

7.4 VIP Programme

The 42vip VIP Programme operates on a tier system (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond). Tier progression is based on cumulative real-money wagering activity. VIP benefits, cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and tier thresholds are published on the VIP Programme page and may be amended by 42vip with 30 days' notice to affected Players. VIP status is non-transferable and has no cash value.

7.5 Promotion Modification

42vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited and subject to active wagering requirements.

42vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR regulations seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 42vip Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified period within a single session.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period. Once reached, further Wagers are suspended until the limit resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Immediately and permanently block all access to your 42vip Account for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request, cannot be reversed within the minimum period, and includes removal from all 42vip marketing communications.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration, total wagered, and net position during the current session.

42vip may unilaterally impose account restrictions, deposit limits, or temporary suspension where our monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour. This is a protective measure and not a punitive action.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 42vip Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Account;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bots, artificial intelligence, or collusion with other Players;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions;
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through exploitation are void;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 42vip staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform or any game software.

All intellectual property comprised in the 42vip Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software code, game graphics, audio, user interface designs, and written content — is owned by or licensed to 42vip and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without prior written authorisation from 42vip.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 42vip's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Wager shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

42vip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Telecommunications or internet service provider outages or failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Force majeure events including acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or pandemic;
• Your decision to place or not place any particular Wager;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind, including lost profits or opportunity costs;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures where 42vip has correctly transmitted payment instructions;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

42vip collects, processes, and retains your personal information in accordance with the 42vip Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is accessible at 42vip.co/privacy-policy.

By registering an Account, you consent to 42vip processing your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and where consented, marketing communications.

42vip complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data subject to legal retention obligations. For data privacy inquiries, contact our Data Protection Officer via the support channels listed in Section 15.

42vip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and/or email to the registered address at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR directive.

Non-material amendments — such as grammatical corrections, reformatting, or clarifications that do not alter legal obligations — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute regarding a Wager outcome, account action, or transaction, you must first submit a formal complaint to 42vip support in writing (via email or live chat transcript). 42vip will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final response within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information.

If a dispute is not resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. The parties agree to engage in good faith in any such mediation process before commencing formal legal proceedings.

The courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that are not resolved through the above processes.
